Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with a product? You can send it back within 14 days of receipt. Register your return in the returns portal and choose:
- Store credit: free return shipping from Germany.
- Refund: DHL return label for €3.90.
From Austria the label costs €7.99. Your refund arrives 1–3 days after your return reaches us.
Ordered the wrong model, country or colour? Register the exchange in the returns portal and pick your new item right there. It must cost the same or less.
Return shipping from Germany is free; from Austria the DHL label costs €7.99. As soon as your return arrives, we send you the new item free of charge.

Please include a note with your name, order number and, for an exchange, the item you want instead. We recommend a tracked shipment.
From outside the EU, please mark the customs declaration as "Returned goods".
Your product is defective, discoloured, or you received the wrong item? Please don't register it in the returns portal. Email us your order number and a photo at support@dorigine.de and we'll take care of a replacement.
